Shipping prices are $6.95 for USPS Regular Ground Shipping. Orders over $75 we ship for FREE excluding Alaska and Hawaii!

Due to a very high demand in orders we are running anywhere from 3-6 BUSINESS days for us to ship out of our boutique, plus keep in mind it could take up to an additional 5 business days for USPS to deliver your order. UNLESS it is a promotional sale, we get thousands of orders and it can take up to 8-10 business days for your order to leave the warehouse. 

 Packages are shipped out Monday thru Friday at 1pm CST.  If your package is stamped after 1pm CST, it will ship the following day.   Please note that delivery times do not include Sundays or Holidays.  You will be notified via your SHOPBHB account any items that are back ordered or if your merchandise is not currently in stock. 

 

GRAPHIC ORDERS

Our Shipping Guideline for Graphics is up to 14 business days.  This includes the time it take to custom screen print your graphic and shipping time.  Our Business Days are Monday - Friday.  We allow additional time for graphic purchases as those are made custom for each customer In-House

 

WEEKENDS

WE DO NOT ship out on Saturdays or Sundays.

 

PRICING

Shipping is $6.95.  In the event you would like your package expediated, you will pay an additional charge for that service.  You, the customer, will be responsible for calling in to our offices during office hours 10am-5pm to pay the additional cost needed.  These will be approved on a case by case basis.

 

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

We ship through USPS Mail with a tracking number on all packages in the US to the address you provide when you are checking out.  Once your package is ready to be shipped we will send out a Shipped Email with your tracking number included in it.  After receiving that tracking email you should be able to go on www.usps.com to track your package with the number we provided. As stated above, all packages are shipped out at 1pm CST, if your package is stamped after 1pm CST you will not be able to track your package at www.usps.com til the following day when it is picked up. 

 

 

LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. 

If you give us an incorrect address you are responsible for contacting the USPS to provide them with a correct address or to redirect your package.  The customer will be responsible for all additional costs to have package redirected to new address.  For more information on how to intercept a package and have it shipped to a new address click here: https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm 

If you choose to not contact the USPS to redirect your package, your package will go the address as stated on your account.  If that happens, it will either get Lost or it will get sent back to our Warehouse and that can take up to an additional 2 weeks plus for you to receive your package.  It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us IMMEDIATELY if you incorrectly enter it on your order OR if you move before your package is mailed.

In the event, that your package is lost due to incorrect address you, the customer, are responsible for filing a missing item report with the USPS.   Bad Habit is not responsible, so make sure to include the correct address!!!

Please Note if  your package is lost or missing, you, the customer,  will need to file a MISSING ITEM Report from www.usps.com or you can contact them at 1-800-ASK-USPS.   They will conduct an investigation that can take up to 20 days. 

Bad Habit will provide you with any information that you will need such as Shipping Address, Ship Date and Tracking Number.  But it will be up to you, the customer, to file the claim with the USPS.

IN STORE PICKUP: LEMARS, IOWA

We do allow In-Store pickup if you wish to pick it up.  We only allow this in our flagstaff store in LeMars, Ia between normal business hours.  In order to receive In-Store Pickup, please put in the code LEMARS to waive shipping.  Keep in mind that this is for In-Store Pickup Only

If you live out of state and take this option, we will give you a one-time courtesy email letting you know that you have placed an order for Pick Up and that you, the customer, will be responsible for picking up your package or calling into our store during Business hours to pay for shipping.  If after 30 days of non-communication, your items will be donated to a local charity.
