We accept returns for store credit within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. We know life can be hectic, so if you want to reach out to us prior to the 14 days because your package might not make it back to us in the timeframe, email us at email@example.com and we can help you!
All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. For questions on whether your purchase is a Final Sale or Not, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Items are eligible for return if:
All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached. All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you.
1. Make sure your items meet the above criteria in our RETURN POLICY.
2. Complete the Return Form on the back of your invoice, in the event you do not have access to the Return Form, you can contact us via email at email@example.com to receive a copy of that form. Make sure you fill out the Return Form completely to ensure our Warehouse Team knows the reason for your return and what you are wanting to have done.
3. Securely repackage your items in the package you receive them in. Enclose a copy of the invoice and the completed Return Form. And mail them off to our Returns Department.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
When your package arrives at Bad Habit, it can take up to 7 Business Days to process. We do not receive returns on weekends or holidays. Once we process your return, we will issue your store credit to your online account. When you go to make your next purchase, your store credit will automatically be applied. If you have any issues, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
DAMAGED ITEMS or INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
If you believed you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or that we have shipped you the incorrect packages, please contact us with 3 days of receiving the package to resolve the issue immediately.
In the event you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us via email – facebook – shopbhb account or phone within 24 hours in order to receive a full refund. After 24 hours, we will only be able to issue you a store credit.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
During the holidays we know you look to find your perfect gift early. Our Holiday Season starts from beginning of November to December 26th. We will accept returns from this shopping period until January 14th. If you are giving this as a gift, please let them know that all returns are for STORE CREDIT and it will go to original purchaser unless the purchaser emails us letting us know that we can add that store credit to their Shopbhb Account.
